Would you invest in property or other investment venues at this time?
Question by Jimmy the Cricket: Would you invest in property or other investment venues at this time?
As you can see the real estate market is cooling down…
What would you do if you have extra money, will you invest your money in a property or will you put your money somewhere else (mutual funds, ira, 401k etc)??

SO there are going to be making more land sometime next season.? oy ~ dirt is the only commodity that will nver go off the market, yet only get higher in the long run. gains may at times be less than some hi risk investment but then again its not high risk~well nuclear attacks not inclusive!

Now is the time to buy. But if you plan to sell it any time soon then no. Also if you want to sell it when the market heats up again then no. By the time the market gets back on its feet, and you are selling, the intrest you will be racking up will be huge. I would go with your 401K. It is a solid investment, and more often then not, it has a decent yield compared to real estate, which is hit or miss. Hopefully this will help a bit. My lady works for a mutal fund company, so I hear this every night.
Definitely buy now. Prices are down, people are anxious to sell and can’t find a buyer. You can get a great deal – that’s the catch to find a deal that’s really a deal.

real estate is coming back, i recommend in states that didn’t appreciate too much. u research urself.
I still like property. Now that everything is cooling down you get great prices and it will go back up and sell the property for a nice profit. You just have to be financially secure enough to sit on it for a time.
