For bonds, if you can do two funds I would go with the Short Term Bond Index and the Long Term Bond Index funds. If you have to pick one, go with just the short term.

For international, the Emerging Markets Stock Index has a small sales load (I think it is 1/2%) but that is the place to be. If you want to avoid the load go with the Total International Stock Index. Or do both. But you want heavier exposure to emerging markets than just the Total Int'l Stock Index provides.

The Large Cap Index Fund, Small Cap Value Index and Value Index Fund for stocks.

If you want a gold holding put no more than 5% of your total into the Precious Metals & Mining Fund.
